Coming home to LinkedIn

One of the best decisions I made in 2017, was to return to LinkedIn.

Coming back to LinkedIn after a rather long break, showed me exactly what I had missed. I resonate with the energy on Linked it, I connect with the stories and sagas here, I understand their experiences and their endeavors. For, we are all dreamers here and in the process of fulfilling those dreams, we become learners, doers, teachers, mentors and achievers! I am an incorrigible entrepreneur at heart, and this is my home base. And I just found that out.

It s the people on LinkedIn who empower me. LinkedIn has connected me with many visionaries, influencers, experts and thought leaders. Their posts, shares, comments and observations have educated me and enhanced my understanding. I have stayed encouraged and determined in my quest to hold on to my dream, by breathing in the stories of so many dreamers like me who un-dauntingly believe in their vision and stand by it against all odds. Their hope, their belief, their values and their zeal does nothing less than re-infuse me with newfound enthusiasm and fervor.

Even though I was previously not very active on LinkedIn, people still did find me by my profile and we could connect to make business happen. As the number of transactions grew, I understood that proactively engaging LinkedIn, would help not only to develop my business prospects exponentially, but the inspirational teachings which great minds shared here, would enable me to learn and grow as an individual! I am an SEO enthusiast and Nikolay Stoyanov's posts helped me gain deeper and precious insights into search optimization trends.

I started spending more time on Linkedin, only through the past one month and I feel like home! The energy here, the buzz of thoughts, the generosity of those who mentor and share their skills, the caliber of those who engage this medium is all organically orchestrated to motivate you to be successful and reach your goals. One of my main resolutions for 2018 is to understand how use LinkedIn to the best possible to accelerate growth.

LinkedIn is a place where I see those like me, those unlike me, those who have just started out, those who already are legends and those who wish to be legends! And all of these amazing individuals come together to collectively create the power and the magic of LinkedIn. Let me share with you the most recent occurrence. We are, as a company, in a series of very inspiring conversations with Advocate Rajas Pingle and his office. He is a dynamic, intelligent and expert Cyber Law professional, who I reached out to on LinkedIn. We are on the verge of launching some web portals, and it was crucial for us to find a legal counsel who was a cyber law expert with a passion for the transforming power of the web. Connecting with him and meeting him led us to heave a sigh of relief, and we are now able to focus on the product launch, knowing that the legals are taken care of.
