Coming close to the end of my 60 day in a row of hard training after a long layoff

I mainly trained outdoors, especially when it was hot. I did lots of running and drills along with various exercises and weights, both indoor and out. I have persevered through knee pain, back pain and even recent bronchitis and I am getting stronger due to the effort of it all.

Next will be sporadic 3 times a week fast running and quick strength weight lifting for the winter track season and a couple of other events I plan to compete in. :)
