The coming choice for Trump supporters, i.e. Cyrus Vance is assembling a grand jury to weigh indictments against D.J. Trump

To say that this is going to be controversial, is an understatement. I had a prominent scientist in private messaging declaim in all honesty to me (and I do not doubt his sincerity) that D.J. Trump did NOT instigate the January 6th attack on Congress and the Senate. No matter what position one takes on TRUMP on that matter, once crimes have gotten to the level of a grand jury being assembled, it is time up on play acting, and to realize that there is a legal PROCESS of discovery and more which is bound to commence in settling matters of guilt or innocence? Is that process perfect? HARDLY, but it beats the alternative, which is a fact free delineation of presumed guilt or innocence based upon expediency.

And that is where the thrust of this article is headed. A Grand Jury is likely to recommend charges, and if that is the case, DO the TRUMP supporters have the courage, i.e. the GONADS to allow a determination of factual inquiry as to allegations? Or will they take the bait, offered by OAN, Fox news and other inciter networks and claim, for the sake of rating that "It is all a fix" and deny provable evidence?

In the process , this is the detail about how OAN and Fox news have thrust 53% of the GOP electorate into. 53% believe that Trump is rightful POTUS today. Never mind the questions of ideology, this oath of fealty to Trump contravenes basic common sense and the people offering this oath of fealty have been neurologically tampered with by one of the cruelest disinformation warfare assaults upon the nation in its history since the ratification of the US Constitution.

Contrary to all the howling from FOX News, from OAN and the alleged "patriot " network, the determination of who won 2020 has been ratified by court decisions all the way up to the US Supreme court.

This is not a case of a New World Order decree, needing the alleged Q'Annon "Storm " to rectify.

SOBER JUDGES made over 60 rulings on this datum.

So this is the choice, that the 53% of the GOP voters have , i.e. to remain placed in an infantile state by the ravings of FOX News, OAN and its affiliates, or to stop acting as though you have been told that Santa Claus does not exists and stop your bawling and crying to the moon,

Keep in mind that the object of that 53% of the GOP who still believes in him, TRUMP, is a criminal who has no loyalty or reciprocality

This is a time when the GOP if it wants to survive, Grows up, faces reality, and stops being coddled by fake news into howling for the moon non stop

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, Jr. has convened a special grand jury to weigh possible criminal charges against Donald Trump, the Trump Organization, and its officers or employees, possibly including Trump family members employed by the former president's business, and decide whether or not to indict.

"The move indicates that District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr.'s investigation of the former president and his business has reached an advanced stage after more than two years," The Washington Post reports, which describes Vance's investigation as "expansive."

"It suggests, too, that Vance believes he has found evidence of a crime — if not by Trump then by someone potentially close to him or by his company."

Last week New York State Attorney General Letitia James' Office announced it was joining the investigation into the Trump family business.

"We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA," Fabien Levy, James' spokesperson, said one week ago.

Investigators "are scrutinizing Trump's business practices before he was president, including whether the value of specific properties in the Trump Organization's real estate portfolio were manipulated in a way that defrauded banks and insurance companies, and if any tax benefits were obtained illegally through unscrupulous asset valuation."

Former Trump attorney Michael Cohen testified before Congress that Trump would inflate the value of his real estate and other assets when applying for a loan, and deflate the value when paying taxes.

"It was my experience that Mr. Trump inflated his total assets when it served his purposes, such as trying to be listed amongst the wealthiest people in Forbes, and deflated his assets to reduce his real estate taxes," Cohen said in 2019.

The Post notes this special grand jury is slated to sit three days a week for six months.

"While extended-length grand juries like the one selected to hear evidence in the district attorney's investigation can hear cases out of order and to varying levels of completion, it is likely that Trump-related testimony in the secret proceeding has already begun, said one of the people familiar with the matter."
