Comfortable vs Courageous

Have you ever noticed that there are many ways to identify imperfect action?

Some people call it faith. While others call it courage. Having?the courage?even if you? don’t have all the answers. Whatever you call it, it is a necessity when it comes to growing into the best version of you. We are all given a life assignment. Do one task. The next step is shown.? Completed tasks resemble a staircase.? We reflect.? Amazed by our accomplishments.

Many of us desire to see the whole staircase before acting. We want to know what the whole plan looks like before we actually take action. Some like comfortable. For example, many of us learned this path...

We go to school. Get a degree. Find a job at XYZ Corporation.? Work there for 30 plus years. Get the gold watch. Retire. Live on a fixed income (AKA poor). Have time freedom to do the things that we want. Lack financial freedom. So, we trade our time for money.? The comfortable method to make money. A guaranteed check with benefits. Sick leave. Vacation. Health insurance. Someone decides our income and benefits. If we show up. But, is the check guaranteed? There is one source of income. When this job ends. Funds dry up. Out of luck.

Entrepreneurs have various sources of income. Clients leave. New clients come.? Creativity serves clients. Generates cash flow.? But, there is trial and error.? Tweaking and repeating. The entrepreneur route is a path of courage AKA imperfect action. There are more unknowns than knowns. Less examples of success.? Some excel.? Some try again. Others fail. Businesses don't fail. Entrepreneurs give up.
