The Comeback is Stronger than the Setback

In your average day you will have juggled a mix of success and setbacks.

Setbacks are inevitable. Whether it’s a challenging campaign, a tricky relationship, or unexpected feedback, we’ve all faced hurdles that test our resilience.

To be a successful PR person in the first place you have a strong ability to adapt and thrive. Reframing things and seeing them from a different perspective is second nature to you, and a huge beneficial skill that only some possess.

When we are feeling the sting of a setback amid the relentless pace of work it can cause what I call “situation blindness”. We temporarily lose the ability to turn those reframing skills on our own situation.

? Creating a new future: using tailored exercises and tasks that stretch to ensure your continued growth and that you don’t repeat the same old patterns that keep you stuck and stressed at work.
