COME AND GO JOBS
Over time, jobs come and go, but which ones will vanish and which will accelerate over the next 5 years or so?? The World Economic Forum has some ideas about that.? Worldwide, the jobs that will disappear the fastest by 2030 are cashiers, post office clerks and bank tellers.? The jobs that will be needed over the next 5 years are construction and delivery workers. ?The most telling number is that 41% of all employers worldwide plan to eliminate or reduce the number of employees by the year 2030, five years from now. What about those jobs in the United States?? A similar but slightly different story.
?
The U.S. will be different from the world in general because our economy Is driven more toward services, and technology is introduced quicker here than in other parts of the world.? Factors like macroeconomic trends, technological advancements and demographic shifts all play a roll in the future of America.? BUT, the political arena is beginning to see a sharper change in U.S. policies.
