Come enjoy the cost savings
I have let many know that we travel all over the United States including Hawaii (mostly Hawaii) to repair dings, dents, scratches, really any defect in finish wood and plastic laminate installations. Like cabinets, doors, trim, wall panels, elevator panels etc. Usually helping out commercial builders with large builds like condos,office buildings, hospitals, restaurants, and court houses.
I wanted to tell a story of a recent trip to Hawaii to help with warranty issues in a new condo tower in Honolulu. Though we are based in Tacoma Washington. I want to make a point of the cost savings. That even with travel expenses you will save a lot of money over replacement by using our service.
I should note that all companies expect their installers and maintenance staff to know how to do what we do. Most can not. Not on a professional level. We would be happy to train them.
The Tower in Hawaii asked me to repair approximately 50 doors, 20 plus cabinets and a few floor scratches. My story is about one refrigerator end panel scheduled for replacement. Fully installed with appliances, back splash, counter top and all. All of this would be at risk of damage. As well as the floor was at risk when the refrigerator would be moved. So I repaired the defect.
It took me 3 minutes.
This one end panel if replaced would have cost way more than my invoice of $2449.00. (Part of this amount was my airfare reimbursement. I was allowed to stay at the building (this is rare) So no hotel or car cost.) The man hour costs begin at the first phone call and keep charging you until the new end panel is in place. A lot of time in between.
A week out of state usually runs around $6000,00 this includes travel costs. The cost savings can run into the millions. Not to mention keeping your schedule on track. No late delivery charges. And a happy customer.

Without his expertise we would have had no alternative but to replace many of the items ( from high end furniture to rare species hardwood stairs) costing my clients countless thousands of dollars.
