President Trump announced on Tuesday that the U.S. would withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal. Uber’s fatal self-driving crash in March was caused by software failure, reports The Information (paywall). Although its sensors detected the pedestrian, the software, designed to ignore objects such as plastic bags and paper on roads, did not determine a need to stop.
