Combines cystoscopic-laparoscopic management of huge bladder endometriosis
Young nullipara presenting with a 4 cm- large endometriosis nodule of the bladder, adjacent to ureteral meatus.
We carried out a combined cystoscopic-laparoscopic approach to attempt increasing the security of the procedure, limiting the excision of healthy tissus and preserving ureters.
This was the 23rd patient benefiting from this approach.
