Combination of material and plant substitution with priority on material substitution with Advanced Available to promise (aATP) in SAP S/4HANA

Recently I was giving demo to a customer (in US) on substitution capabilities of aATP and they came up with a requirement that they want both (material as well location substitution) in the same sales order with priority in material substitution i.e they want the material to be substituted first in the same ordering plant and then go for substitution of plant (as their plants are not closely located and the additional freight cost will be more than the additional price of the substituted product).

aATP supports the above scenario as illustrated in below image. Customer has ordered for 15 Pc of product FG770, only 10 Pc is available at plant 1010 and there are 5 pc of same product FG770 at plant 1020 and 5 pc of substitute product FG771 at plant 1010.?

System has selected for the 5 pc of substitute product FG771 as depicted with Review availability and check result (RACR) app in below image.

If the customer orders 20 Pc of product FG770, then 5 pc of product FG770 as available in plant 1020 also should be considered for confirmation as shown in below image.

System also selects 5 pc of originally ordered product FG770 as available in plant 1020 as depicted in below image.

Product substitution shall be placed first (and then plant substitution) in substitution methods in confirmation strategy as shown in below image to achieve the priority of product substitution over plant substitution.?
