A judge in Colombia consulted OpenAI's chatbot ChatGPT in preparing a ruling in a children's medical rights case, a local radio station reported.
Juan Manuel Padilla, a judge in the Caribbean city of Cartagena, said that he had sought?advice from the chatbot?in a case that involved excluding an autistic child from paying fees for medical appointments, therapy, and transportation, considering his parents' limited income. It is to be noted that he also used precedent from previous rulings to confirm his decision.
The Pentagon has reported the sighting of a second Chinese "spy balloon" traced over Latin America late Friday night.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken postponed his visit to China as another high-altitude Chinese balloon entered U.S. airspace, according to Pentagon.
A day after the first balloon was observed over U.S. skies, Pentagon spokesperson Pat Ryder confirmed, "We are seeing reports of a balloon transiting Latin America."
Tesla co-founder Elon Musk has been found not guilty for a tweet he posted in August of 2018, saying he had "funding secured" to take the electric carmaker back into private ownership.
This is according to a new tweet Musk?posted on?Saturday morning. "Thank goodness, the wisdom of the people has prevailed!" the billionaire said.
"I am deeply appreciative of the jury's unanimous finding of innocence in the Tesla 420 take-private case."
The case came about when shareholders claimed that the entrepreneur misled them with his posts and that they had lost billions of dollars because of them.
