Which size should my artwork be created at? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Clients should work to a sensible scale such as 1:2, 1:4 or 1:10 when creating artwork. This will allow our RIPs to enlarge the artwork to the desired size.

?Which resolution should my artwork be created at?

Client images should be supplied at approximately 300dpi when printed at full size on images below one metre in size. For example if you are working at half size then the dpi would 600dpi.

Which file format shall I upload?

The most common file format for digital printing is PDF. Although, we can accept Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (EPS with vector outlines), TIFF and JPEG.

What is Bleed and do I need it?

Bleed is the area that goes beyond the artwork that will end up being cut during the trimming process. We recommend leaving a 5mm bleed to ensure important imagery or text doesn't get cut off.

What are your turnaround times?

We aim to print jobs within a 24–48-hour time frame. Depending on how big the job?is, it could take a few days longer.

How do I pay for my job?

The majority of jobs are paid via BACS payments. Other options we offer is through a secure payment link.?We do not receive payments via cash or card.

Do you deliver?

We use local couriers to get your prints to you fast and efficiently. Delivery charges will vary depending on the size/weight of your order and the postcode it is being sent to.
