Colour Chart & Associated Emotions Colour Theory

I don't know why, but I love colour charts and associated logo's. I always have for some odd reason and there are a plethora out their that I go through every now and again ... not monthly, but often ... it's not impacting my ability to function if that's what your thinking!!!

Analysing them and the technical approach adopted wholistically to a well crafted piece of work is something I enjoy doing every three months or so,

What I like about this one is it's clean, very basic in its rationale and straight to the point and is explanatory in nature rather than visual and associated with logos placed next to each colour! I only tend to look at those every quarter and if the team has met our kpi's ...

I use this in selected workshops and with first year designers so they truly get to experience the colours and basic emotional impact on them before they have that opportunity over run with its application and association to a high profile logo ... they tend to be able to connect the technical and emotional aspects of the logos shown to them much better after first being allowed this initial experience.

Worth adding to your personal brand resource library or tool kit or that folder you just save stuff in and never look at again ... your call!
