A colossal leap: my consultancy awakens!

Over the past several weeks, I've received numerous messages asking about the next steps in my professional journey. My answers varied a little day by day until about a month ago, when my plans became much clearer. Earlier this week I announced my consultancy, but today, I'm thrilled to share more of those plans with you!

Looking back on my digital career that began almost fourteen years ago at Target, I've been fortunate to collaborate with talented engineers, developers, and creative minds across many industries. From developing analytics solutions to leading conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation programs for amazing brands like Best Buy, Capella University, Mobly, and Bouygues Telecom. I've also led digital intelligence practices, including product and service development, at agencies such as Ogilvy, Speero, BlastX, and Zion & Zion, and led multivariate (MVT) machine learning (ML) testing programs at Evolv AI.

Reflecting on all the experiences I've gathered over nearly a decade and a half, I find that each step has not only been immensely rewarding but has also uniquely prepared me for what lies ahead. This journey isn't just about continuing a career; it's mission driven and about refining a craft and offering a service where everyone involved—collaborators and clients alike—feels valued and integral to our joint success. Moving forward, I'm setting out to create not only effective optimization strategies for my clients but also a rewarding environment that champions the human element of business.

With that in mind, I am thrilled to announce (again) the launch of Mammoth Insights . At the core of our service is a dedication to partnering with direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies to elevate their digital experiences through innovative research, optimization, experimentation, and advisory support. At Mammoth Insights, clients can expect to receive premium optimization solutions tailored to their specific needs—without the behemoth costs—yes, pun intended!

In addition to working with D2C brands that share our core values, we are consulting with agencies eager to incorporate CRO research and experimentation into their existing service portfolios. With extensive experience in building and operationalizing these programs for various agencies, we offer a pragmatic understanding of how to integrate these initiatives into specialized and profitable parallel services.

So, what truly distinguishes Mammoth Insights from other consultancies and agencies? In my view, it’s a lot of things – but to give you a clearer picture, here are five foundational pillars that define our ethos and how we intend to conduct business:

Currently, we are in the process of selecting a suitable charitable organization that aligns with our commitments to conservation and sustainable business practices. Actually, the work that Colossal Biosciences is doing to bring back the woolly mammoth and other extinct species has deeply inspired the name of the consultancy, Mammoth Insights. Environmental and wildlife conservation are super important to us, so I made sure to weave these values not just into our name but into the very fabric of our mission moving forward.
