Colorado’s New Digital Accessibility Law is Here

Effective July 1, 2021, House Bill 21-1110 mandates that all state and local government websites in Colorado must comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2). This law ensures that everyone, including individuals with disabilities, can access essential services online.

? With the 2024 deadline passed and a one-year grace period in place, now is the time to act. Non-compliance can lead to costly lawsuits and fines!
