Colorado has repealed its decade-old law requiring all employers to complete a state-specific employment eligibility verification attestation for all employees. The new law is effective on August 20, 2016. But what is the impact on separate legislation that requires state contractors to use either E-Verify or the soon defunct state attestation program?
