Konstantine Iannios

Konstantine Iannios is a California native and real estate developer. A graduate of California State University Long Beach and UCLA with a master's in film and television production: He's worked as a producer/director/writer for 20-years, under contract with such studios as 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, MGM Studios, Warner Bros., HBO, Showtime, and others.

In 2003, he returned to his first love of architecture and design and began purchasing old pre-WWII buildings in the historic Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA, and restoring them to their original luster. Having found great success and satisfaction in this area of real estate; wanting to get out of the big city, he moved east to Tennessee: Seeing great opportunity within the shadows of the Cumberland Range.

After building and developing in Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia, Mr. Iannios moved to Grand Junction, CO, to be closer to his heart: His home; the small mining town of Marble: To take over the Construction Division for Habitat For Humanity Mesa County.

Mr. Iannios brings large scope thinking and a worldly view but not at the expense of the intimate details that make great architecture transcend and reach people on a visceral and emotional level.
