This month, we’re embracing the power of color.......on our plates! Let's think of it as a game of edible art. Just imagine your plate as a blank canvas, and your mission is to create a masterpiece using the most vibrant, and colorful fruits/veggies you can find.
Why Take On This Challenge?
What You Can Expect:
Day 1-3: A rainbow of fruits and veggies will look a little overwhelming. You're probably wondering if there’s even enough variety at the grocery store. Don’t worry though, you got this!
Day 4-7: You’re going to start feeling like a nutrition guru, and your body will be feeling more energized.
Day 8-15: By now, you should be hooked. You might even be swapping out your typical goto meals for more colorful, nutrient dense, powered options.
Day 16-30: Your plate is now the ultimate work of art. Not only do you feel amazing, but your body is THRIVING on these nutrient packed, colorful foods.
