The whole world is binary.

Black & White.

Some think it's grey.

Others say it is colorful.

WRONG.

It's not.

Things are or they aren't.

Things happen or they don't.

Probability says it's 100% or 0%.

Everything you experience as a grey area is really an expression of one of two options.

Yes or No.

Maybes, ifs, ands,or buts translate to "No".

Your friends ares loyal to you or not.

There is no, "My best friend supports me but sometimes..."

Your job is guaranteed or it's not.

There is no, "I have a job as long as I..."

You're smart or you're not.

There is no, "I'm smart yet can't handle basic social situations..."

Lies.

Excuses.

Distractions.

Same goes for everything else in your life.

Are you training?

Are you networking?

Are you stronger, smarter, BIGGER, faster?

The answer is Yes or No.

Black or white.

No matter the answer, there is only ONE solution.

Train yourself to be a capable leader who doesn't get caught up in distractions.

The most successful people see things as binary.

Only at that level do you get to appreciate the insights nuances add to a situation.

So you get to decide.

You either show up to lead or you are left behind to follow.
