The dedication of our staff always humbles me, and I am reminded of this in a powerful way when a member of our team celebrates a milestone anniversary with the company. It is our dedicated staff who uphold our values, and deliver on our client promise each day. I believe our greatest edge in the market at Colonial is the remarkable tenure of our staff, offering a level of knowledge and expertise that sets us apart.

Company Vice-President, John Fitts, recently celebrated 20 years with us, serving through our transitions in leadership, the expansion of our corporate headquarters, and the immense growth and change in the industry. John provides our clients with a tremendous comfort level, knowing they can always reach him directly, and get the service they depend on. His knowledge base through his experiences in the field, and as a leader at the company, has helped mold Colonial into the industry leader we are. He has helped me considerably over the years with the evolution of our infrastructure to grow the company, and has be a key player in our growth outside of Maine into our New Hampshire and Vermont territories. His depth of knowledge is paramount, and I depend upon his extensive years of experience and company knowledge. John’s dedication to our clients contributes greatly to the passionate organization we are today, and I celebrate this important anniversary with him. Thank you John!

General Adjuster, Chris Wharff, also recently celebrated 20 years with Colonial. I believe Chris truly embodies our promise of proven expertise you can count on, and I know I have come to count on Chris for his thoughtful insights, strategic vision, and tremendous depth of knowledge and hands-on experience. Chris has given me an invaluable resource to look to for my own professional development, is a mentor to our new adjusters, and I have the utmost respect for him.
