The Al Serra Auto Plaza is searching for a Body Shop Manager for its new multi-million dollar state of the art facility in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The Plaza is the largest dealership operation in Michigan and among the 5 largest in the USA. A great opportunity to join a growing, winning team.

 Role:

You will be responsible for leading our Body Shop Team and taking them (along w/ our new state of the art Body Shop facility) to the NEXT LEVEL!

Responsibilities:

·        Support the growth and development of our Body Shop Team (15 Technicians, 7 Painters)

·        Create a world class experience for our associates, customers, and partners (DRPs)

·        Continuously improve process design and execution

Job Qualifications:

·        Experience: Body Shop Management experience required

·        Capabilities: Strong communication, servant leadership, smart delegator

·        Values: Integrity, Drive, Teamwork
