Colliers in New Hampshire & Maine Announces its 2023 Award Winners

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce its 2023 award winners in the Colliers New Hampshire and Maine offices.

The Colliers Portsmouth office swept the awards ceremony this year. David Choate earned the 2023 Top Producer Award, which he has earned six times in the last decade.

Choate and Abigail Bachman won the Deal of the Year Award for the sale of Mill Plaza in Durham, NH, for $8.8 million.

Bachman also earned the Most Improved Award for 2023, as she more than doubled her transactional value from 2022 to 2023.

Lastly, Bachman won the Darlington DeStefano Inspiration Award which is given, as a tribute to two of our late coworkers, to someone who conducted themselves in their business and/or personal life in an inspirational way over the last year.

The Manchester, New Hampshire, and Portland, Maine, offices look forward to challenging them in 2024.
