8 个月2+ years ago, my famiily met with the defendant Scott L. Rutherford, in yand Millcreek our offices in Glendale California. where he sold 6 1031 fractional properties to my elderly parents. Some of them are still unfinished and 5 of those 6 properties still have no tennants. Instead of an ROI, it is a loss. Kevin Long has been talking in circles and making fake promises all this time. There never was a Lloyds of London bond to protect our interests. The marketing material and your logo was on the millcreek website. Colliers is complicit in this fiasco, where 150+ people have been affected. To be involved in this situation where 80+-90+ year old people ar evictimized is disgusting, a complete disgrace. What is colliers going to do about this?
