What is Corporate Culture?? Please include one corporation you feel has a good culture.?

My response: Corporate culture is whatever the company’s values are set in place to serve as an example of pride in your work and who you work for. For example, Google’s corporate culture revolves around fostering a tech-friendly culture and positivity and acceptance. Their headquarters feature a diverse set of chairs whether its bean bags or well-furbished plastic along with gaming lounges in some buildings (depending where you are at). Without these things in place, it would be difficult for Google to be taken seriously in their beliefs.

• What are Google's core values and how are they demonstrated in daily operations?

Answer: Google's 10 Things We Know to Be True

- (1.) Focus on the user and all else will follow.

- (2.) Do one thing really, really well.

- (3.) Fast is better than slow.

- (4.) Democracy on the web works.

- (5.) You don't need to be at your desk to need an answer.

- (6.) You can make money without doing evil.

- (7.) Always more information out there.

- (8.) The best people are those who are passionate.

- (9.) Great people build great products.

- (10.) If you're not a customer, you're not a partner.
