College welcomes new Fellow Benefactor

St Edmund’s College’s newest Fellow Benefactor,?Jeffrey Wei Liu, has made a generous gift to the College to support its ambitious estate development plans. Mr Liu was elected as a Fellow Benefactor at a meeting of the Governing Body in September 2024 and will be formally admitted to the role in a ceremony next spring.

Jeffrey Liu, CEO and Founder of Posh Global, is a successful entrepreneur and leader in Global Real Estate investing with business operations spanning North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. In addition, Jeffrey founded Beijing Cornerstone & Partners Law Firm, which provides intellectual property consultancy to Fortune 500 companies such as Nestle, Victoria’s Secret, and Estee Lauder.

“It is a great honour to be welcomed into the St Edmund’s community as a Fellow benefactor. In addition to my support of the College’s estate plans, I look forward to engaging with the College community and hope to build a deeper relationship through supporting students with scholarships or careers advice in Real Estate or Entrepreneurship,” Jeffrey said.

The Estate Development Fund?is the College’s architectural masterplan, which aims to develop an estate fit for the 21st century and an ever-growing community of mature students, Fellows and visiting Scholars.

The College has in perpetuity planning permission for a series of additional building and refurbishment of existing ones, which will improve communal and social spaces for students, provide conference facilities and flexible accommodation for visiting fellows – all of which will support its mission in empowering global talent to shape the future.
