Collective Re-Boot

Control-Alt-Delete; Off-On. When something stops working, what do we do — we re-boot. What if we all look at this global pandemic, with all its disruptions to life as we knew it, as an opportunity to re-boot and change for our collective good? How can we reframe this disruption as an OPPORTUNITY to rethink our personal, professional, societal vision and how we deliver value to achieve it. What if we all tap into our consciousness and ask ourselves a couple of questions:
- What do I REALLY WANT - REALLY?
- What can I DO to achieve this?
- How can I BE to achieve this?
- What will I say YES to?
- What will I say NO to?
- How will I hold myself ACCOUNTABLE?
As leaders of companies, associations, etc. how can we boldly change our operating paradigms and improve our companies for increased value to all our stakeholders: Society, Employees, Shareholders?
As a coach, I and my colleagues work with individuals, teams and groups to do just this. Identify a resonant, fulfilling future — their vision — and then support our clients to develop plans, experiments and commitments to forward their lives toward this vision. As a leader I will be engaging my teams to take this opportunity to rethink all we do and explore ways of increasing our overall value to the whole. When you have a moment, may I request you do the same?
