Collective intelligence is at the core to design a powerful vision
Again, I can see the fantastic power of collective intelligence.
After a large outside in divergence phase, we then assembled during this session all the components, identified a meaningful story line to drive the assembly, and then designed the story itself, from customer needs, digital infrastructures and our specific SVP.
The group is so important and its roles vary depending of the phases.
At this convergence stage, it is more about assembling the right story pieces, refining the story line, nurturing with more user scenarios.
This hybrid workshop, on site and remote at the same time for international participation, enabled to reach our ambitious goal.
