Collective Identity LinkAja

We are thrilled to announce that LinkAja finally has a collective identity name, or how we call employees within our organization. Early 2023 is the perfect momentum to choose a collective name we will carry throughout the years.

We are PRAJA (written: PrAja), an acronym for Prajurit LinkAja. PrAja is an Indonesian terminology that stands for multiple meanings, such as nation, city, and citizen. The word “prajurit” also represents soldier without discriminating by level nor force. It is the fighting spirit, esprit de corps, and loyalty that counts. This aligns with our expectation that all employee is a solid representatives of LinkAja that will guard, build, and strive together to work towards the common goals of the company’s values, vision, and mission.

As this is an important stage of our journey, we involved all employees in finding the best name. Therefore we created a competition that we call “Sayembara Collective Identity”. The first stage is scoring and selecting the top six by a panel of judges, the top six then went to the BoD who then chose the top three. We concluded all employees' selection through live voting during our February Townhall.

Then finally, we got the winner! Neta Pradipti , SDET Specialist from Quality Engineering Group. Neta was inspired by her observation that all employees are actually heroes in their own ways, for themselves, for their family, and for their company. Neta then wanted to capture more of the high spirit, will to thrive, can-do attitude and togetherness that is equal to the “soldier” character. Thus she thought of Prajurit LinkAja, or PrAja in short. The final round of live voting by all employees was a close race but PrAja came out ahead, a well-deserved win, Neta!

Once again, congratulations and thank you to Neta and all LinkAja’s employees participating in this Sayembara Collective Identity.
