Collective Action in an Era of Crises

For 世界银行 Group, fighting corruption in development has been a long-standing commitment in our operational work. The International Corruption Hunters Alliance (ICHA) forum, held for the first time in Africa, in Abidjan, C?te d’Ivoire (June 14-16), brought together anti-corruption stakeholders from around the world under the theme of “Collective Action in an Era of Crises.”

The #ICHA2023 forum serves as a platform to foster the exchange of knowledge and expertise regarding the various challenges, risks, and opportunities associated with advancing anti-corruption efforts across all levels. This event presents a valuable occasion to unite diverse voices, with particular emphasis on the active participation of young individuals. We sincerely thank the Cote d'Ivoire government, the host of this event, for providing us with this remarkable opportunity.

While in C?te d’Ivoire, our World Bank delegation had a productive meeting with President Alassane Ouattara. We discussed the importance of ICHA & how we can support advancing C?te d'Ivoire's commitment to prioritizing good governance in its development agenda.?
