Colleague Appreciation- It's Important

As part of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek Baltic have started our #ColleagueAppreciationDay, something which I believe is a brilliant initiative to spread some positivity and let people know how valued and appreciated they are.

Many of you may know, my role is field based meaning the other people making up my 'team' are spread to the 4 corners of England. Despite this though, they are some of the most supportive and positive people to ever grace the apprenticeship world. That means they deserve some recognition for it!

Scott Urwin- North East-; Atrocious at admin, but a brilliant ambassador of apprenticeships and always willing to give his time in order to help

Jessica Cheney- Yorkshire-; Embodies the spirit of Yorkshire (loves a drink and always wants a chat), Jess came back from maternity leave and instantly reminded us how much we had missed her. Always professional and makes an extra effort with everyone

Amanda Fair-Hill- Liverpool- ; Far too self critical because of her own high standards, by everyone elses she is an absolute star! Amanda will always put the apprentice first and make sure their experience is the best it can be

Binny Binning- Midlands (and beyond)-; Titled the 'matriarch' Binny is the queen of apprenticeships, supporting so many employers and apprentices over a huge area, but ensuring each one is treated with the same high degree of support and care.

Stephen Preyzner-Lancashire-; The Alpha/ Silverback of our merry team, big guy, big heart and could not do anymore for us than he already does. Despite this he will always try and look for a way though!

All of our amazing team are helping people daily to take on new apprentices and put existing members of staff onto our courses for development and professional growth, I have included the general areas they look after behind their names so you can find the right representative for your area.
