Collar classification
There are mainly three types of hose clamps: British, American and German. In addition, there are other derivative products such as tube bundle European standard hose clamps.
British hose clamp:
The material is iron, and the surface is galvanized, commonly known as iron galvanized. The torque is moderate, the price is cheap, and the application range is wide
German type hose clamp:
It is made of iron and galvanized on the surface. Its thread pitch is formed by stamping. The torque is large, the price is moderate and high, and the market share is low due to the high production cost.
American type throat hoop: it is divided into iron galvanized and stainless steel. The main difference is that the buckle spacing is in the form of hole (i.e. through hole buckle). In the market, it is mainly made of stainless steel. It is mainly used for auto parts, holding poles and other high-end markets. The price is higher than the other two.
