September 19-20, 2023, representatives from Erickson Metals Corporation’s Minnesota and New Mexico branches gathered at Erickson Metals Corporation’s Colorado location to participate in various collaborative activities that foster success. These activities included sales meetings, ISO meetings, a board of directors meeting, and of course some fun!

Sales meetings are vital for driving business growth and fostering collaboration among sales teams. Goals for the 2023-2024 fiscal year were made and networking opportunities were discussed for each market, and the company as a whole.

ISO meetings contribute to quality management and collaboration within organizations. The ISO Management Representatives from each location were able to discuss ISO compliance and practices and improve ways to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Board meetings are crucial for strategic decision making and collaborative governance. The opportunity was given to facilitate effective discussions regarding innovative ideas and perspectives to strengthen Erickson Metals Corporation.

Once the meetings were wrapped up, it was time for some fun! Fun activities boost morale, creativity and teamwork. The team gathered for dinner, which was filled with bonding, stories and laughter. Members also caught a Colorado Rapids Soccer game!
