Cisco Spark is the next generation cloud collaboration platform that unifies messaging, meeting and calling; optionally paired with best in class Cisco deskphones, video phones and meeting room video collaboration endpoints. All managed via a free customer management portal with extensive reporting, user provisioning automation, SSO and proactive device trouble ticket alerts. Plans start from just $9.50 - per month, per user.
Aside from providing the standalone Cisco Spark service, Collaboration Squared uses their knowledge of the Spark API platform to build integrations and bots on behalf of customers. This adds business process value to the platform and ensures employees get maximum benefit out of the Spark platform with automation.
Secondly, Collaboration Squared would also like to announce the integration of their award winning cloud Acano interoperability collaboration bridging solution Ubiety directly into Cisco Spark with a service called “Ubiety Advanced Meetings for Cisco Spark”
For every Spark room that’s created the Ubiety service will replicate the Spark room with a Ubiety Acano Space virtual meeting room, replicate the membership and publish back the guest access information into the Spark app for everyone to see. The Spark user can then send out the guest access information to remote participants to join via the Spark app, video conference endpoints, Skype for business, web guest access and phone conferencing, with dial in access in over 40 countries included at no extra cost. With unlimited Ubiety Acano Spaces, Spark users can create, replicate and have unlimited participant scale available (license dependant).
