9 年Susan Jedrzejewski great and often needed post about innovation- an often cited but rarely used strategy to create breakthroughs and increase performance. I would love to hear about sustainability of innovation in organizations from your/Institute perspective, as research shows and I have found that they are most commonly one-offs that never get repeated. Meaning organizations tend to agree it is a good idea, but fail to create the actual culture to SUSTAIN the idea. Your thoughts, the institute's actual data or case studies would be a much needed share as a follow up tho this post- again thanks for doing this- well stated.
