Here are the 3 usage cases of SAP Jam with examples:

1- Groups 

Employees work together to bring the innovation as an outcome. Via JAM Collaboration, employees work with the same group created for the same purpose. You may let employees join Social Groups as well as Sales-Meeting groups to increase their productivity. 

 2 - Integration with SF Modules 

 SAP Jam drives collaboration through Learning Integration. Learning integration lets you create Learning Groups to increase engagement of participants.This lets employees work in an integrated environment. 

 3 - Gamification

 Gamification empowers the employee to participate in Internal Processes and increase employee engagement.Gamification is managed via JAM Kudos Management. Kudos can be given to encourage employees to complete tasks and reach the desired point.
