Collaboration cards: Day 5, Get One Result (Get Results)
I love this card. Both for myself and others, trying to find even the simplest or smallest achievement in s scenario to say that something has been committed to and/or realised is a great motivator.
It enables us to demonstrate initiative, lateral thinking, innovation, negotiation and compromise within ourselves and with others. This is the part that engenders collaboration; wanting to achieve that one result means to have to collaborate to get it.
That collaboration may introduce fear; the unknown element of what may happen when we surrender something we held dear.

To extend the often used concentric rings model of learning happening in the fear zone - I would say that *real* collaboration happens there too.
