Collaboration Cards - Day 14, 15 and 16 - Clarify the Way Forward (Get Results)

This has been a zombie card - I haven't used it or written about it in 3 days. I must stay the course!

Under the theme of " Get Results" this is a wonderful card. It forces a step back from vehement agreement cycles that meetings, workshops, etc get stuck it. So where we see the same ground being covered again: we must step back and "pull the threads together"!

I actually used this card today - so I feel better about writing it now rather than the past few days. We'd had to change the agenda of a session and thus we looked to wrap up sooner that planned.. the only thing was I certainly wasn't clear on the revised revised next steps (yes, "revised" written twice on purpose).

So asking to sum up and define who will regroup the troops served to close the session with a higher sense of result than not doing it.............. which sounds obvious writing it down but I bet it happens to you all the time... go on, be honest with yourself.
