When this global investment brand sought to overhaul its existing HQ and double the size of this commercial space in the process, Agilité was involved from the outset of this two-phase project.

Align

A two-stage open book procurement route was adopted for this project to meet the tight budget requirements and need for end-to-end transparency.

Communicate

Working hand-in-hand with STUDIOS Architecture, we assumed responsibility for the MEP design through to installation, helped remodel Meridiam’s collaborative spaces with special attention given to acoustics, and oversaw the execution of the entire fit out that followed.

Execute

Located in a classically French part of the city, the Haussmanian style of the space remains intact yet with the injection of modern touches through new soft floors, parquet and mouldings.
