Responsibilities for Assistant Logistics Manager -

• Help in achieving customer service
• Monitoring inventory levels, slow moving, non-moving items and ageing
• Prioritization and coordination through central planning cell
• Inter warehouse transfer
• MIS to branch sales team
• Compliance to SOP's and standardization of CFA processes
• Maintaining the high degree of stock accuracy
• Compliance to financial processes
• Ensuring safety in warehouse practices
• Continuous review of distribution network and changes
• Ensure delivery of customer service within secondary freight cost budget
• Continuous review and reduction of transit times.

Responsibilities for HR Operations Analyst -

• Complete day to day processes of data management accurately and in a timely manner as a hands on processor
• Handles escalated issues raised by partners and complex tasks
• Acts as subject matter authority for other team members
• Ensure quality is met for all volumes processed
• Track and monitor daily and monthly reporting
• Participates in meetings with internal teams and partners
• Align with all policies and standards
• Perform "root cause analysis" on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control
