Recently I spoke to a group of realtors, and this was a review I received:

This is what call harvesting. Never underestimate the GOOD seeds you plant. They will come back 100-fold! This realtor mentioned WAKE UP. I often use the word AWAKE the sleeping GIANT in people. Nothing wakes me up like a COLD SHOWER. I take one right when I wake up and it never FAILS to WAKE ME UP! What are you doing in your life to WAKE UP? The time is now!
