COLD - Jan. 3 2022 First Working Day
January is very cold and beautiful. The geese are huddled on the first ice cover of 2021-2022 and the temperature reads 3 degrees as the sun tops the trees. I am excited for this coming year and the work I am consulting with organizations and individuals to find their healthy place and create a wellness guide for continued growth and success. Though the temperature is cold outside, the office can be a warm and engaging place to be. The structure of the office can be intimidating but also stimulating and encouraging.
