aka your proven and repeatable sales process.

Who owns your sales process?

If you’re leaving it up to the whims of your salespeople, it’s likely costing you $$$ and slowing your growth.

Don’t get me wrong, sales might seem fine or even good.

For now.

But is what you are doing replicable?

Scalable?

Could you hire 3 sales people tomorrow and have confidence that in 6 months they will be productive?

What does productive a productive sales rep look like?

This is where the rubber meets the road.

And where I see many organizations get stuck.

You’ve gotten this far doing it your way.

But what got you here won’t take you to the next level.

There is a best way to sell your product or service.

Re-creating the wheel with every sales person.

Allowing them to figure it out on their own.

Or rely on the passing of “tribal knowledge” to train new people.

That is wasting time and money.

And creating a fraction of the results.

What if it didn’t have to be this way?

Here are some steps you can take to get you started:

Formally document each step.

In detail.

Marketing process.

Prospecting process.

Sales process.

What supporting collateral is needed at each step to support the buyer’s journey and the sales process?

Build your internal systems and KPI’s around following these processes.

Everyone in the boat rowing the same direction.
