Coinbase Investors Reminded To File Lead Plaintiff Motion In Securities Class Action
Investors of Coinbase were given a timely reminder by law firm Bernstein Liebhard LLP to file a lead plaintiff motion in a securities class action lawsuit against Coinbase Global, Inc, as?reported by Accesswire?on August 31.?
In the announcement, Investors who bought the securities of Coinbase between the dates April 14th, 2021, and July 26th, 2022 are advised to make sure they know the deadline.
Coinbase is facing a lawsuit for alleged violations of the Security Exchange Act of 1934 in the US District Court for New Jersey. They are accused of making false and misleading statements about their company, operations, and compliance practices.
