4 个月Great thoughts. However, reality might not be propitious to the achievement of this ideal. How is that? Well, learners need skilled mentors to lead them through the path, those skilled mentors, whether they are teachers or administrators need to be fully equipped with the necessary training either cognitive or emotional to set the ground for the students to learn and grow on all levels. I see teachers in my school who are overwhelmed by _ sometimes unnecessary_ jobs that they feel already too tired to go to very crowded classrooms with different students' needs and expectations, let alone be able to teach according to the standards mentioned in the article. One solution, is to focus on planning. A 3-stage planned lesson: pre., while, and post activities with an ongoing assessment to ensure that most ,ideally all, students are learning at their own pace, is a concept that is required by all teachers who may need further practice and professional training to make planning more of a road map rather than daily burden. Well, that is my opinion, and I hope it is somehow beneficial.
