Here's an interesting one if you're working with Conversational AI Voice Agents: Hamming AI. The startup is offering automated testing for voice agents to flag quality issues in development and production. I caught their Y-Combinator launch post recently and thought I needed to document it here.
↘? OpenDialog AI launches Insurance AI Co-Pilot
This morning the team at OpenDialog AI launched their Insurance AI Co-Pilot offering for insurers, brokers and MGAs ("managing general agents"). They've produced a rather helpful video showing how the product works for the agent whilst a customer is on the phone.
↘? For Frost Bank, AI means "Actually Interested" (LivePerson)
At Frost Bank, headquartered in Texas, their philosophy is that you always interact with a real, live human Texan, 24/7. Their website frontpage proudly boasts: "No “press 1 or 2.” Just a fast and friendly “Hi, how can I help you?”

↘? Cognigy raises $100M and has 175 customers across 1,000+ brands
TechCrunch reports that the company has raised $175M so far, with the European private equity group Eurazeo leading the Series C of $100M. That's pause-for-thought money, isn't it? I can think of quite a few vendors and clients who are definitely somewhat awestruck.

I posted this yesterday, but I wanted to keep this front of mind in case you might be interested. Recruitment agency McGregor Boyall is recruiting a VP of Solution Definition & Architecture Conversational AI. The compensation is a cool ￡200,000 / $260,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.
