Cogent Analytics=A Doorway with no Ceiling

As an example of Ed Gillooley's theme from his article: "How Much Hidden Talent is in Your Company" Cogent Analytics has found talent in unexpected places. Angela Brown is a member of the BDC. (Business Development Coordinator). As such she is one of the elements of the tip of the spear which is our direct marketing efforts. She brings passion and integrity to every phone call. As a BDC, Angela is the first representative of Cogent Analytics to bring value to many of our clients.

She understands the difference Cogent Analytics can make for the bottom line of our clients' businesses and what that means to their respective employees, their employees' families, their communities, and the owners themselves. 

Moreover, Angela has some talents that are not immediately apparent, but because we have a company culture that encourages teamwork, mentorship, and partnering, as well as integrity, respect and permission to have fun, Angela has shared a little more of herself than she might have in a less hospitable environment. We know, that Angela can, as well as doing it in English, also set appointments in the Spanish Language. We also know that she is a talented painter and is responsible for the centerpiece of the picture above. Hats off to Angela!
