Coffee-Infused Sweet Vermouth Trio

Today, we are going to look at a trio of drinks using Coffee-Infused Sweet Vermouth. We will experiment with a Tequila, a Whisky, and a Gin-based drink and really see how to make the most of our infusion.

No ice for this drink, its a perfect drink for mixing in a mixing glass and decanting to the glass you are serving in,

Ingredients
Add the bourbon, coffee liqueur and orange bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

Spanish Espresso Harlem
Ingredients
2 oz a?ejo tequila
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash bitters
Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Tips
Try different coffee’s and experiment with infusing.
You could always infuse the base spirit and not the vermouth, but there’s more flexibility this way.
