Coffee and allergy

I wanted to share something, which may be useful for some suffering from allergy issues.
When I started working at London in late 2013, I started drinking coffee; I would say 5/6 cups a day. Well, it started with a cappuccino and I gradually moved to just flat white, which included a pure shot of espresso in the morning. BTW, Covent Garden, Café Nero was the best coffee ever.
When I got back from London in 2017, I use to only drink two cups a day from the local Costa.
Moving on, I, all of a sudden started sneezing a lot; triggering wheezing, dry/sore eyes, heavy chest, and dehydration.
In 2019, I was taking Loratadine almost every day to control it - I thought it was dust allergy or a change of environment.
In late 2019, a friend of mine, who is a Pharmacist said; he started to get a body rash after drinking coffee, but he never knew it was to do with coffee.
Initially, he thought it was to do with the detergent, bedsheets, or clothes.
He went for a specialist appointment, and the specialist asked if there were any changes to diet or lifestyle. The Pharmacist said; yes, I started drinking coffee. The specialist replied; coffee contains an element, which can create an allergic reaction.
He drank a lot of water after quitting coffee and after 1 month, the body rash vanished.
He says to me, it could also be down to coffee, why don't you try quitting it. So, at the start of January 2020, I quit coffee, and just drank a lot of water.
Guess what, in March 2020, all the allergy symptoms went away. To date, I haven't taken a single Loratadine tablet. I feel much lighter and happier when I wake up.
If you are suffering similar symptoms, try to recollect your memory; did it all start after a diet change, as it could well be down to what you are consuming.
I was a heavy coffee drinker, but I haven't touched coffee since the start of January 2020.
