Every cup of coffee is a gift of hope. This has been our motto at TCA since day one, our pledge towards charitable commitments. And today, hope is something we need more than ever in our beautiful city, brought to its knees by the continued pandemic.

We, like many others in our industry, are facing new challenges on a daily basis, but we believe we are equal to the task ahead. Proactively, we have invested in Bactakleen - a market leading industrial strength anti-bacterial ultra mist spray, which helps maintain a clean, disinfected outlet for up to 3 months. Its proprietary toxin-free technology makes it safe for F&B establishments and we have completed a pre-emptive disinfection of each of our 18 Hong Kong outlets.

Our staff - our greatest champions and our primary concern. Every member of the TCA team has been provided with rapid test kits and we have initiated weekly testing to ensure that colleagues and customers alike can feel assured that our outlets, roastery, and office are as safe as they can be. In the event of a positive case, we take no risks - the outlet or premises concerned will be closed immediately, a full deep clean carried out, and will only reopen after all connected staff have been received a negative result from a government approved testing facility.?

Further, any team member who is in close contact with a positive case must self-isolate and only return to work once confirmed that they pose no risk in spreading the virus. Together our TCA family continues to support each other through these difficult times.?

Whether its via our TCA estore, Deliveroo, or our new platform TCA+ Delivers with Zeek which covers all locations including NT, we can get your favourite coffee and the best Benedict in town delivered straight to your door.?

We're also doing our bit to give back - along with our continued commitment to improving our climate footprint, we supporting local food banks rather than see unsold food go to waste. We'll continue to push ourselves and to find new ways to support our city.?
