Today, the spotlight is on Lauren Thompson , Business Development Manager based in Dallas, TX. She has been at Cofense for just over a year. Here's a look into her life in and outside of work!

Q) How would you describe your team at work?

As a business development manager at Cofense, I work with an eclectic group of hardworking individuals who share a growth mindset, determination, and hunger for success. One of my favorite parts about working with this team is the diversity of backgrounds and personalities, which brings a unique perspective to our work. It challenges us to think outside the box and work collaboratively to achieve our goals. Managing such a team is both exciting and rewarding because it allows me to learn and grow as a leader, while also creating a positive and supportive work environment for everyone.???

Q) Do you have any special hobbies or interests outside of work? If so, what are they??

Outside of work, I have a passion for real estate. I love renovating old buildings to preserve their character while bringing them into today's world. From designing the exterior landscape and carefully considering how it will look and feel through all seasons, to the interior design and maximizing functional space, I strive to create spaces that make you feel whole, inspired, and recharged. This hobby has allowed me to develop my creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail while also allowing me to unwind and bring a sense of balance to my life outside of work.
